In this episode we talk about what it means to forgive ourselves. We talk about the impact carrying resentment has in our lives and why each of us deserve the F word. Forgiveness that is.
Affirmations:
I set my past free and forgive my participation in it.
I grow more patient and understanding of others by forgiving myself.

I am capable of moving beyond my mistakes.
- To forgive means:
To stop feeling angry or resentful towards (someone) for an offence, flaw, or mistake.
-When we don't forgive we allow resentment to exist within us. When we dont forgive ourselves we allow our mistakes to define us.
-When we talk about forgiveness...we tend to think about forgiving others before we think about ourselves.
-Our improvement comes from recognising the areas of our lives where we might have faltered and firstly saying sorry self.
